These Terms govern your access to and use of Skindle (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1) Who can use Skindle
You must be able to form a binding contract where you live. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use Skindle with permission of a parent/guardian.
2) Your account
You’re responsible for the information you provide, maintaining the confidentiality of your account, and all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly.
3) Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you will not:
- Break the law or violate anyone’s rights.
- Try to access or probe accounts or systems you’re not authorized to use.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service, or bypass security or usage limits.
- Upload malware, spam, or content that is deceptive, harassing, or harmful.
4) Face scan and consent
If you choose to use scanning features, you agree to only scan yourself (or someone you have permission to scan). You should not submit highly sensitive personal information through the Service. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle information.
5) Payments (if applicable)
If parts of Skindle are offered for a fee, you agree to pay the prices shown at checkout and any applicable taxes. Pricing, features, and availability may change over time. Unless otherwise required by law, fees are non-refundable.
6) Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Skindle or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
7) Third-party links
The Service may link to third-party sites or services. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
8) Disclaimers
Skindle is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any skincare suggestions will achieve a particular result. Any reliance on information from the Service is at your own discretion and risk.
9) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skindle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
10) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll take reasonable steps to provide notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
